There is a pool in the backyard with pavered pool deck as well as a sunroom that overlooks the pool and patio, which is a great spot for reading, relaxing and meditating.

Jonathan was quick to respond to our inquiries and requests. This home is in close proximity to tiny quiet pockets to visit and relax, but also convenient to main access roads and highways.

We stayed here for a month and a half for a work trip. I brought my wife and infant daughter along and it was the perfect space for our small family. Easy commute for me to get to North of the airport for work. Located directly across from an elementary school in a charming safe neighborhood. We all loved using the pool in the afternoon and the full amenities provided made it just like home.

This was the perfect place for my son and I to stay for 5 weeks! It was convenient for our daily commute, as well as to grocery stores, restaurants, and highways. The pool was great, the internet was fast, and Jonathan was very responsive to our needs. The neighborhood is safe, and we felt very comfortable staying here.

The location of this property in South Tampa is particularly special as the property is walking distance to several local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops including, Trader Joe’s, Kahwa Coffee, Starbucks, Publix, and Wright’s Gourmet Deli. Tampa International Airport (TPA), Raymond James Stadium, local hospitals, and downtown Tampa are less than ten minutes away by car. It is a short drive to beautiful beaches in Pinellas County, Busch Gardens and notable museums in Tampa Bay area.

Ideal for snowbirds, couples, families (with kids), and / or travelers with pets. Washer / Dryer is included. Please note that this neighborhood is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Tampa and very safe.
